I bought myself a Gibson Les Paul for Christmas, after years of wanting one, but it didn't feel as good as I'd always thought an LP would.. so having seen the HGS website I called Chris and was immediately impressed by how friendly and understanding he was, which reassured me. I took the guitar over to him and we discussed how I felt about it and now, thanks to his expertise and care, I have my guitar back which is far nicer to play and exactly how I imagined it should be! Chris worked his magic on my fender Nile Rodgers Stratocaster and my Jim Root Telecaster. He provides an excellent service, kept me up to date with the progress and notified me of prices before commencing any work. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Contacted Chris at Hale Guitar Studio with a potential issue with my Boss Katana Amp. Chris was prompt and efficient with all communication. The issue with the amp is resolved and I was very happy with the customer service. Chris is a really nice and friendly to chat to.

Great instructor, very patient with complete beginners like myself. Look forward to every session, as I always take more than 5 new skills home each week and lots of in depth theory. Great online platform used in each session to help support progression and take home to keep improving. Very approachable no questions asked, have I ever felt uncomfortable. Could not recommend enough. Best instructor I’ve ever met to keep you motivated learning new songs and pushing you forward.

Well what can I say?..... absolutely fantastic!!! Chris is a superb guy and very accommodating. If you are in any doubt about having your guitar serviced.... DO NOT! I can vouch 200% for Hale Guitar Studios, especially Chris. I will be returning in the future for all my Les Paul needs ;-)
