Absolutely fantastic customer service! The team stayed in regular contact from order to delivery, the items arrived faster than anticipated, and when there was a problem with one item a replacement was organised within half a day. Couldn't fault them and would wholeheartedly recommend!

Recently bought some matting from Gymratz, unfortunately it was delivered with a couple of incorrect parts. Contacted Gymratz, they were extremely helpful. They corrected the situation immediately and monitored progress of the correct parts from warehouse to drop off. Communication was fantastic during this process, keeping me informed throughout. Recently purchased a ForceUSA G12. Pete and the team provided great advice enabling me to compare the G12 against the myriad of systems available. I opted for the installation also and the lads were very professional and installed within 6 hours. Really impressed with the purchase, installation and after service.

Bought a home multigym from another supplier and found the assembly instructions unfathomable. Pete at GymRatZ, despite not offering a general repair/install service, took pity and came and sorted it out. Friendly, laid back, yet timely and efficient, Pete left us with a sorted, working machine and the cost was very reasonable, considering. One of the good guys!
