Great gym that continues to get better. Lots of free weights, some equipment at the gym is not available at anyother gym in Shropshire. Fantastic range of supplement available to buy. Other facilities include barber, beautician, physiotherapy and sunbeds.

Thought this was a good gym, which it is helpful staff n equipment good but the owner is self absorbed and shows no empathy or understanding to individual circumstances!!!

Great gym and sports massage! Helpful staff, good equipment and nice music too! I had few session on sports massage treatments and they helped on my back. Gio is experienced and certified and you can speak about any issues freely. He knows his stuff. would recommend.
