  • I had a knee surgery in Dec 16 and from September 17 I've been training at Gym Locomotive with Maciej and it has been really uplifting and enjoyable. He makes your gym routine different every time you go there. Gradually he builds up your workout depending on your needs.   • I trained with Maciej for a couple of years and would still be training with him if I hadn't moved away. He is focused and straightforward and encourages you to push yourself. He is also friendly and easy to chat to. I looked forward to our sessions which for someone very unfit and lazy was quite a surprise.   • I cannot recommend Maciej enough. His training programs are perfectly tailored for each individual and each session is different so never boring! After having my twins a few years ago, I needed to strengthen (rediscover!) my core muscles and his approach to training has done just that, as well as motivating me to take a (much needed...) healthier approach to nutrition in general.
