Love the place! Staff are awesome, lots of options! Staff have no problem helping you if needed or showing you how to do something properly! Atmosphere is great! Everyone that goes is very friendly!

Quiet, very friendly, non posy gym. There is a large room for martial arts stuff and another with very good bodybuilding and fitness equipment. Greet management and staff, great atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, it's clearly not run to leach money out of people but to provide the best possible facilities at an affordable price.
