  • I’m a fairly new member of GWD so still a bit of a newbie, but I can honestly say it’s the best, friendliest and most welcoming gym community I’ve ever experienced. Every trainer welcomes you to each session by name and with a smile so it has such a personal feel to it which makes the world of difference. All the trainers have your best interests at heart and want you to succeed, I can’t praise them enough! The gym itself is well equipped and each session is different. If you’re looking to ge...

  • Where do I start. This place is like my 2nd home. I’ve been with GWD for over a year now and I’ve seen massive improvements in my health and fitness. I’m probably in the best shape that I’ve ever been and in the best head space too, thanks to these guys. Gav and his team are second to none, absolutely amazing guys who always push you to get the best they can from you. Sessions are well structured with guidance from a PT at all times. For someone like me that had no idea how to lift weights, i...

It’s so lovely to have a coffee or a delicious protein shake and a chat after a session, the community feeling is something most other gyms can’t offer an...

  • GWD is brilliant, to compare it to another gym is impossible because this place is its own vibe. The training is spot on, the vibe is always high, and everyone is greeted every session like family. Plus the extra’s you get along the way are amazing!

  • After seeing a social media post that GWD were offering a trial month I clicked on the link. I spoke to Ryan to arrange my initial visit, but I couldn’t commit to a date because I said I’d be busy. I remember Ryan saying there is always a busy time and if you keep putting it off, you'll never start. He was so right. Once I got the courage to sign up my only regret was why didn't I do it sooner. What struck me first was the way the coaches greeted you by name and the members being so welcoming...
