Guitar Lessons With Simon

I started lessons with Simon a few months ago, not as a complete beginner but wanting to move forward with my playing. I've found Simon encouraging and patient, helping with music choice and adapting pieces as necessary. I really enjoy my lessons, I often feel challenged but also enthused to get it right! I would definitely recommend Simon as a great guitar tutor.

Simon has been teaching our son ( aged 8) for nine months. Simon is so patient in the lessons, picks great tunes to learn , and is very encouraging. No hestitation in recommending.

Simon is an incredibly patient teacher who explains things in a way I can understand and helps me work that into my playing. He also helps by reworking songs that I am not experienced enough to play as they were written, but his take on these enable me to tackle them as many are songs I love so I can't recommend him highly enough. I enjoy my guitar lessons with Simon, they're a lot of fun and he's versatile in style - we've played a lot of very different songs over the years and he's always encouraging and positive. He's knowledgeable about the gear as well and talked me through amps and upgrading my guitar when I fancied a change. I like his approach and feel like I get a lot out of our lessons. I totally recommend him.
