  • Amy is an amazing yoga teacher, calm, clear and warm. I would recommend Grounded Yoga to anyone who would like to stretch and tone their bodies while they still and quiet their minds.

  • Amy is a fantastic teacher, she is very calming to be around and her classes are truly for all levels with progression offered. What I have loved most is how Amy lets you go at your own pace, that has been a great help as I have been recovering from an ankle injury. Amy's classes also offer some philosophy and a chance for meditation which are fantastic and the longer 2 hour sessions are not to be missed.
