  • I have been training with Ollie since Christmas once a week. He changes up the workouts each week and is good fun to train with. Nearly as good as me at boxing.

  • I have been seeing Ollie at GriggsFitness for a long time now. I use him for a number of things such as strength & conditioning programs and nutrition plans but mainly for recovery. I see Ollie roughly twice a month for massages and stretching routines after and before my football matches. I highly recommend his service to anybody whatever their age or goals. He is extremely flexible and I been extremely pleased with the service every time. Would highly recommend.

  • I have been a client of Ollie’s for approx 6 months doing 1-2 sessions per week both in the gym and outdoors. We do a mixture of strength training and cardio, the programme is varied and I am constantly learning new techniques. After just 10 sessions I noticed a real difference in my core and upper body strength.
