  • Tracy is an outstanding personal trainer. My wife and I have been working with her for a year now and seeing a massive improvement in out overall fitness. Every session is well designed and shaped around us. I can't recommend her highly enough

  • Tracy is an excellent PTI who has an extensive knowledge and experience in fitness, exercise and nutrition. She is innovative and supportive in her sessions which are interesting and fun whether taking place in her studio or the outdoors. I can also recommend her book. Choose The Griffenator - she's great!

  • Really enjoyed and highly recommend Tracy. I came having been running for a few years and looking to get lighter and faster (specific sub-18min 5k goal). Lost 3.5 Kgs by improving simple things like what and when I eat: built in more fruit, nuts and porridge! The diet part was all incidental during 5 x 1 hour core, strength and conditioning and stretching sessions. Some in the studio and others active through runs in the park. All been really beneficial!   • I went to Tracy to get guidance on training for a half marathon. Despite being busy she squeezed me in. Her advice was really practical and helped me increase my fitness. She has a lovely manner and is clearly very passionate about health and fitness. I would highly recommend Tracy.

  • I loved training with Tracy. She listens to your goals and fitness objectives, tailors exercises and nutrition recommendations to help you meet these, enables and motivates you to take exercises and learnings into your day-to-day life. I particularly liked that there's no extensive gym equipment needed, so I can do much of the training at home and outdoors.
