I'm 3 weeks into the 3 month professional course. If you can do this course, then I highly recommend it. It is tough, you are training a full 5 days a week, the teachers will push you. Eventhough you are pushed to your limits, it is done with understanding and with care to the body. Yes it is a tough training, but the empathy and understanding really balance it out. The trapeze instructor Oliver was incredibly rude and inflexible. I felt that I was not welcomed there, before even having the opportunity to try a class. Not returning for sure.

Very professional and experienced teachers, with deep knowledge of aerial technique. Also, friendly and supportive environment.
