  • Filthy (Gents) toilets - on every occasion that we have been.

  • Nice courts (hard courts) but general condition of nets, facias, etc is poor. Lighting is awful.

  • From a paren't perspective its great while your kid is unsure whether they like tennis and until they figure out how much effort they want to put in. But beware if your kid ever decides to get good at it or want a challenge, as the environment is very toxic and moral compromises must be made. Some coaches treat advanced programmes as a source for their own 1:1 lessons, completely ignoring child development and morality of fairness practices!   • I previously paid about £600 per annum in membership fees to book 1 hour per day indoors here. But this has just been raised to £4,167 per annum to still book 1 hour per day indoors. This may be because "Better", the new owners, want to eliminate private players in favour of coaches and professionals. But either way it does somewhat price the amateur player out of the equation. For non-members it's £30 per hour booking I believe.
