Gorleston-On-Sea Football Club

Club is brilliant. Pavilion and toilets awful and embarrrssing

Sad to see it go and be made into more houses!

They have several team both boys and girls of all age groups, good coaching staff that make the sessions enjoyable whilst learning.

Lack of maintenance leaves the place looking shabby but it is not a surprise as the club are moving to a new stadium. Pity as the stadium looks like it was well constructed originally and must have been one of the best Thurlow Nunn stadiums.I had great difficulty finding the entrance to the car park so parked outside and walked through a side entrance. As with rest of the facilties the Clubhouse has seen better days.

I visited the football ground to watch Gorleston FC play Haverhill Rvrs. Very close game in which the visitors belied their lowly position in the league to get a point from the 1-1draw.
