  • I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. As a complete beginner to all things fitness who never thought I could or would enjoy going to a gym, GHF proved me so wrong! I joined the 8 week lean programme hoping to lose some weight and improve my fitness.   • GHF is really not like any other gym I've ever gone to with a fantastic choice of classes. Their Small Group Personal Training sessions are fabulous. There are only 4 clients per coach so you really do get that personal training experience but with the support of your other 3 gym buddies. I would highly recommend GHF.

  • Having recently joined GHF, their SGPT sessions are just awesome! From the minute I walked in the door I knew I’d be in great hands! Working at your own pace, you have the full support of the coach and the others in the session. Max of 4 per group and they all support & encourage you. The coaches continually check your form and your technique and encourage you. If you’re thinking about SGPT, just do it! You won’t regret it! I know I don’t!
