Golf At Slaley Hall

While Slaley Hall hotel is very good the golf course was appalling. While I understand that only having 3 days without rain in March makes it difficult to maintain, it also made it a dangerous marshland to play on. My husband almost slipped twice playing a shot and the water on the fairway actually came over the top of my shoe. This review is only for the golf side of slaley hall. Course was excellent. Unbelievable how the green keepers have managed to make the course look so good with the amount of rain that's been here recently. P.S the greens are fast, which I found out a few too many times

Decent knock:- Nothing Special But Nice⛳️ 18th hole is Worth playing💦👌🏻🏌🏼‍♂️And It’s Got a Par6 Which was nice too Play And Birdie✨🔥🤟🏻

Wonderful golfing location.. Difficult rough in areas but great challenge..Nice hotel too, witg good service

Can't speak for the hotel but the lodges and golf courses are excellent. The greens and views on the Priestman I actually enjoyed more than the Hunting course. Bunkers on the Hunting were better maintained. Guys in the pro shop are really helpful.
