They replaced a zip on a jacket. 3 weeks later it started coming away from the jacket so went back and explained (best I could with language barrier) he said he would fix it and come back in 10 minutes. When I returned to collect the jacket he charged me for it despite it being their mistake! Not impressed!

The work they did was good - no complaints there - but the customer service is non-existent. The man who served me is very brisk, bordering on rude, and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I think I got five words from him the entire time. I'm not looking for amazing customer service, but enough so I'm not made to feel like they don't want me there. I've been a couple of times for alterations, but I'm at the point where I won't be going back. The place is also cash only which is very odd in th...
