Pete is a brilliant and very experienced teacher. As a very novice potter I am never really sure what I’m doing or how to proceed but Pete is always encouraging and I’ve produced some very pleasing results. I like being able to share my ideas and then learn from him the best way to produce them in clay. He has a wonderful range of different clays and glazes and the magic of the alchemy is fabulous! The tea and biscuits are good too!

I love my time at Pete's ceramics studio in his beautiful garden in Sedlescombe village. He's a highly- experienced, calm, kind teacher who offers hands-on support with the process of learning all the skills needed to produce something nice to take home. Everything is included in the price, all the way through to the finished product. I've made some stuff I never thought possible thanks to his insight and coaching. A brilliant way to spend a morning or afternoon - time flies by! Can't recomme...

This was mine and my daughters first time doing pottery and we absolutely loved it! Peter is a fantastic teacher and very patient. He makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. We love our creations and no doubt we will be back to do some more!!

Great set up, in a relaxed and informal environment. My son and I attended 3 sessions and thoroughly enjoyed it, we’re looking at going back. Peter is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Would highly recommend if you fancy having a play with clay.
