    There are Personal Trainers then there is Gareth. Every session seems to know exactly what you need and flexes accordingly - isn’t that how it’s supposed to be you ask … but it’s more than a physical workout. It always feels like a holistic experience. Gareth has a unique ability of being able to zone in to where you are in your head. Your mental and physical wellbeing - that’s the real workout.
