This school is not accredited to sponsor visas. We were told that they were and paid £385 for a priority short term student visa and it was refused. I have already paid the fees upfront and have been told I would get a refund weeks ago. I have still not received a refund. The school has a number you can call but it always goes to voicemail. A disastrous experience with this company, I would never recommend or trust them for my children's trip. More than 30 families have been waiting for more than a year for Paolo to return the money that was left from a trip that was never made due to Covid 19. He promised in writing to return it before last December but he still does not do it and does not give a answer.

Lack of teachers resulting in 25% of the lessons cancelled and the school has been ignoring me since I'm requesting that money back. This lack of teachers also resulted in having different levels in the same class difficult the learning process as for same people lessons were too easy and for others too difficult. Because it is a school that you are really treated as a student, not a number, normally the schools here are only weighing us exams, forget that if the student really learns to speak, read, write and converse in English, he will have no problem in pass us exams. This school has great historical and cultural walks around the country. Teachers and guides well prepared. Here if the student wants to study, he really learns to speak English !!!
