Great launch location (with permissions)

What a friendly and ideally situated Sailing Club. On the river Lune, up river, a lovely sail for smaller boats to Lancaster passing a great pub at Snatchems, down river, Morecambe Bay and the Irish Sea. The view from this place is stunning, the village is a typical Lancashire village, quaint but with pazzaz. I love this place. If you are a sailor you really need to visit. You will be made more than welcome.👍😁

Called in here after being misdirected by Sat Nav looking for Glasson Basin & Dock. After being given a Mug of Coffee and some friendly conversation about Motorbikes, Boats etc by the kind John and company, I was refreshed & redirected to my destination. Thank You for your Hospitality
