  • I have become a member at Gillyflower and have been amazed by the transformation from the old course of which i was also a member. Even if I wasn't there to play golf, I would find it a pleasure to stroll round the course, to enjoy its delightful scenic views, quiet, secluded corners, and witnessing the efforts that have been put in to creating an ecological masterpiece. Then, of course, there is the course to be played. It certainly presents some challenges, and although there are 9 holes...

  • Having been a member of the original golf club, it's fantastic to see it back better than ever! Everything about the course has improved, I can only see a bright future for the club. Cornwall has always been a great place to live, or visit, it's just got better thanks to the vision and hard work of Alex and his team.

  • A stunning, beautiful landscape that will take your breath away. Myself and father were looking forward to playing here for some time. They have made great use of the land and its contours to provide some challenging holes and some teasing, potentially drivable, par 4s. The course also has some lovely views as it plays alongside the river Fowey. They have t...

  • A real privilege to play at this amazing course once again. The new 9-hole course distils the character of the old course by preserving the best holes. It is in immaculate condition and is beautifully maintained. A good mixture of challenging and easier holes, with the par 3 2nd a downhill plunge on to a green far far below - very memorable indeed, but really the whole course is. The alternative tee holes for the second nine offer excellent variety. We chatted to the owner afterwards who was ...
