I bought a Guitar today had a slight problem while trying to learn how to retune it. Took it back to the shop. Problem sorted ASP fantastic service. And really helpful. I would recommend buying from here any time.

Fantastic independent shop with some brilliant stock and staff really give you the details you want when buying a guitar or other instruments they stock. You can also get a nice cuppa and a butty!

Customer service is exceptionally good. Attention to detail and specialist knowledge too. I’ve bought second hand guitars and bass and new uke and amp and had a handful of items repaired. The proprietor Steve can fix stuff himself but also knows when a more specialist person is required and he seems to know the “go to” person for just about everything musical. Been coming here for years, Steve is always on hand for a friendly chat and catch up. I've not visited for a while due to moving away & covid etc but called in today to say hello and pick up some new strings for my acoustic guitar. I Ended up leaving with a new guitar 🎸 and a huge grin on my face.
