Just bought a Harley-D Sportster XL1200 from this bike dealer, no problems whatsoever, made sure bike was serviced, very well prepared and delivered at the agreed time. Great buying experience and I'd have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Bought brand new sv650 few years ago. Due to high mileage I have to get it regularly serviced as well as replacing tyres etc. Have found Gibson's to be very helpful and will try to book me in at short notice. Work is done efficiently and cost is very reasonable.

I purchased a bike in July 2022 from here and paid for extended warranty, since purchasing this bike i have had to return for mechanical work 5 times within 6 months, with an extra fee of over £300. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice bikes to view and consider buying (even if the 1 I'd love to own isn't for sale (and couldnt afford)🤣) all round feels a good place to go for motorcycle and moped queries, oh and they are teamed with an amazing motorvehicle school to get all licences done for a good price. Tea could be better 😂

Updating this now I've had the bike for about a year: The service from Gibson has been brilliant from before purchase to now. Daniel gave me a good trade in value for my 125cc hairdryer and even held my new bike for me until I was ready to buy. I've had no issues with the bike and there haven't been any surprises with service costs. Very impressed with the standard of service from the whole team.
