We absolutely love Gibfit. What a great find; friendly, professional and encouraging

Great team, friendly, welcoming, John is the only person who has ever persuaded me to exercise, and it is over a year of pt now. The classes are great, John helps, me hit realistic goals and is always enthusiastic and inventive to stop me getting bored. If you are in the area or not, I recommend them unreservedly, no need to be a gym bunny, I am not!

This is a really beautiful architectural space to work out, with loads of light and a lovely down to earth atmosphere . All of the trainers work so hard to design circuits that are varied, innovative, changeable and adaptable for all abilities. You will see results in your body quickly at gibfit and as you repeat exercises , you do grow in your understanding of the movement. I love going to Gibfit30 to keep fit - there’s a great range of different 30 minute classes run by the fab fun trainers to suit all levels. The class formats change often too so you never get bored and there’s always a new challenge to do.
