The staff are all very knowledgeable and usually happy to help out. The store is really well-stocked and there is a great range, however it is very expensive for some of the more basic things like inner tubes, and the parts they buy if you ever need something replacing are extremely expensive. I popped in to buy a new saddle and got it fitted and adjusted on the spot, plus a willingness and patience to help with a couple of other small things (rear light bracket loose and a missing bolt) all at no extra cost. Lovely customer service.

Ben was fantastic at helping me resolving my issues with an old bike and choosing a new bike. I agree that stuff is more exp, but worth every penny when it comes to customer service!
