  • I trained with Graeme for a couple months and if it wasn’t for my work schedule I would be sticking with him! Graeme listened to what I wanted to achieve and adapted each session to what I needed. He pushed me to do better and thats exactly what I did! He is super approachable and an all round nice guy and I would encourage anyone to train with him! He holds the knowledge and people skills to help and transform anyone who wants it! Graeme is an excellent PT who spends the time to get to know his clients aims and goals and helps work towards them in a supportive and encouraging way.
