Get Fit In 30

Since joining this group my overall fitness and strength has really improved. I really enjoy the varied workouts and the friendly welcoming atmosphere.

I cant thank Gillian Adams at Get Fit in 30 🙌🏼 To introducing me to the group during lockdown…..i have never looked back. This group has a fab bunch of ladies that encourage each other and support. We huff, puff and all laugh too and most of all we are fit and heathy.
