  • I never felt comfortable going to yoga as I felt like there was never enough space in other, more commercial, yoga studios. When I found this yoga with Jo, I couldn't feel more different. I love this yoga practice so much that I changed my work schedule and my other recurring events so I can come every Monday at 11.30.   • Jo is an excellent teacher bringing her own sense of fun to the group. The gentle stretching exercises are easily achieved together with calming mindful relaxation.

  • I wanted to follow yoga after an illness but found I didn't have the balance. Jo introduced me to chair Yoga, which was perfect. I could complete versions of the moves with the support of a chair either to sit on or hold on to. My balance has improved and I also enjoy the short meditation at the beginning and end of the session as this is relaxing for mind and body.

  • I've been doing this class now for a few years and am amazed at my progress. Jo encourages you to work at your own pace and limitations, moderating poses to allow you to do your best practice. I have found her breathing techniques invaluable in helping me sleep better. A lovely little bonus.

She is intuitive, creative and very friendly as an instructor with a gentle soft tone to her voice.
