I would really recommend this salon.. went today with my mum, who had a stroke 2 years ago so my mum needs some reassuring and encouragement with things.. the girls in the salon was fantastic ,friendly and very welcoming putting my mum a ease.. they spoke to her as a person and not down to her.. I my self felt relaxed with it all.. I will be returning.. thank you so much for everything the owner should be proud to have staff like that.. Thank you Emma & Angela xx

Fantastic salon - Lauren always does a brilliant job with my hair and their treatments are great too. All the staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend. 5⭐️

I have used Gems for years and would highly recommend! The staff are friendly and really care about their customers. I had my hair done last week - great job by Lauren! Lovely experience as always and it felt very safe with regards to C-19 safety measures which are in place at the salon. Thank you!
