Gemba is amazing! It's a great place to work, led by motivational leadership and the 'product' is super cool. Professional training courses delivered through virtual reality - much more exciting than sitting in a conference room if you ask me.
Just a heads-up for anyone interviewing: "personality" is the biggest thing to them. If you come from a sales background or relevant field it doesn't matter if you aren't the type of person they are after... I clearly wasn't that person and once that was realised they were very rude in shutting down the interview and showing me to the door. "Personality" > credentials
