Great training and great facilities with plenty of training aids to that made a real difference when practicing particular first aid methods. The First Aid at Work course was very in depth. The Instructors are very knowledgeable with a lot of real world advice and experience shared throughout the course.

Attended the EFAW+F, Gareth was running the course. I must say it was a real pleasure to have someone running a course that’s so passionate about what they do for a living. I would highly recommend GDR solutions to anyone that needs 1st aid training. Further more we all had a bit of fun and a laugh along the way.
