Gatehouse Golf Club

Having played this course for close to 30 years, I struggle to recall it ever being in this good of condition. The work by the team of volunteers is commendable and makes the sheer enjoyment of playing this course a wonderful experience however well (or badly!!!) I'm hitting the ball! Thank you again all volunteers

I have been playing this course for many years and have to say it is in the best condition it has ever been , the team of volunteers must be congratulated for their hard work . If you are looking for a challenging round of golf with spectacular views then give Gatehouse a go !

A smashing nine hole course with great views. In great condition great way to keep fit

I am so glad I visited this little gem. I nearly took a snobbish approach to it being to short at a par 66 but how wrong I would have been. Golf is a game of skill craft and control, not just power and this course tests those to the limit. Can I also give a shout out to the volunteers keeping the course in such great condition with no green keepers or club professional. A totally pleasurable challenge of a course .

I was staying nearby on holiday and wanted to play a bit of golf. I found this little course and thought I'd give it a try. What a wonderful little course. It may be quite short in length but there isn't a flat lie anywhere to be found (except the greens) and almost every shot is uphill, downhill and/or blind which makes it VERY tricky!
