I have found this to be a thoroughly enjoyable yoga class. The atmosphere is very relaxed & the instructor is welcoming & friendly. The classes have a good mix of poses & mediation/relaxation. We have gone through a range of breathing techniques which I find to be helpful. Would recommend this class for anybody considering it, would suit both beginners & more intermediate / advanced levels.
I loved my Gate Yoga class, Georgia is very welcoming and supportive, she is very happy to make adjustments for you and there are lots of small touches that make the class even more enjoyable. I highly recommend!
