Establishment being run by teenagers!! Although pleasant they lack sufficient experience to be performing procedures independently. Had eyelash extensions had lots of gaps in lashes and set lasted less than a week. I have had previous treatments from the owner which I was satisfied with. If I could give 0 starts I would. Enquired and booked for electrolysis hair removal and when I asked about the price she stated 60 mins is £60 after telling her that I only need ten minutes the receptionist said to come in and speak to Gabrielle which was a complete waste of my time as when I got there she wasn’t even there, so the receptionist called her and explained I only wanted to do ten minutes, she made up a price and said it was £30. Gabrielle is the worst! She acts nice but is rude behind closed doors eyelashes are rubbish. Do not waste ur money here £50 lashes and they fall off after one day horrible services 👎🏼
