I’ve found Federico to be fantastic as a PT. He did a thorough pre-training discussion and plan with me as I’ve had numerous injuries to my left side which has made it weak. The program he’s developed has been personalised to facilitate my main goal (cardiac fitness) whilst also working around my weaker side and helping to strengthen it. The space he has is well equipped and clean.

I am a PT myself but not always been practicing what I preach - not enough stretching and resting! I was starting to feel tightness and some muscular niggles. I booked an hour sports massage with Federico at his home. He is super professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and excellent at his job. He clearly also really cares about the service he provides and wants the best outcome for his clients. I felt much looser after the treatment and will be going back for a 2nd very soon! I have been suffering from chronic back and shoulder pain for too long....Despite various treatments in the past year or so nothing seemed to work. Federico offers, either, an extremely and a professional environment. He has a deep understanding of the human body. He will personalized the treatment exactly on what you need. My all back and neck were so tense, after the massage I felt in a different body. I really recommend it.😉
