As I have always been a bit nervous on having my hair cut I was really put at ease by Jessie. She took time to listen to what I wanted as well as advising me. The end result is that I absolutely love my hair and will be going back.

I had a great experience in the salon with Heidi. I was looked after from the minute i walked in and i left feeling like they really cared about what they were doing. I chose the salon because of the cleanliness, still wearing masks which made me more comfortable. I had a lovely time and i am really happy with my hair. Thanks so much.

My daughter had her hair coloured here. She showed them a picture of what she wanted, understandin it is likely to be somewhat different but to give an idea of what she wanted. The result was nothing like what she asked for, not even a similar colour or style, and poorly done. The stylist herself said "oh well you will see the colours when the wind blows". Have just had the worst experience ever after being a regular customer here for 4 years and bringing my daughter and mother along too. Management need some customer service skills.. after being asked to come in over 30 minutes before my appointment for colour consultation (which granted was made late, but they said could fit me in) I was told that they could then only do the cut or colour.
