Had to give a one star in order to leave a comment, however that is too much. My puppy was cut on Thursday 24th February. After dropping her off we were contacted to say the groomer would need to cut shorter due to some knots, which we had no issue with. Amazing service, fantastic groomer, Malli always comes back looking and smelling amazing. Paula is so helpful and knowledgeable about all things you will need to know as a dog owner. Cannot recommend her enough 5⭐

I live hundreds of miles away from Paula & we've never met, but she met an elderly Emmipet client of mine to confirm his unit was working correctly & show him how to use it effectively on his aged little dog. Absolutely over the moon with the service we receive for our Honey. I have a 3 year old long haired shihtzu and until i met Paula i was never satisfied with her previous grooms. Since i found Paula we have not looked back, Honey always leaves smelling and looking amazing, Her cut's are perfect! She comes home so happy and excited and i can see Honey gets cared for very well.
