  • Our Flat Coated retriever Willis has attended two day care sessions so far. The staff have been very kind and complimentary about him even though we know he can get very over excited. I hope he settles enough to be able to continue attending, as both the new venue and staff are both fantastic.

  • We cannot recommend Furry Tails too highly. Freddie our 15 month old Cockapoo has been going for nearly 12 months, he loves going and always appears to have a good time and enjoys the day. He gets plenty of exercise and is always tired out in the evening. The staff (Rachel, Adam, Claire and Cheryl) are wonderful with him and always greet him so fondly. Nothing is too much for them and they do so many special events that include us as a family. They are always providing report cards on how Fr...

  • Alfie has been going to Daycare for over a year now after doing the Tiny Tails course over Zoom during lockdown. He absolutely loves it here, he knows where we're going as soon as we turn in and he's desperate to get inside. We relax completely knowing that he's in safe hands and we get useful feedback on how he's been through the day. The team are brilliant and go over and above. It's also so convenient that we can also have Alfie groomed when he's there. Thank you Rachel, Adam, Claire ...

  • Having spent a few days and evenings volunteering and observing the day care as well as the training sessions, I can highly recommend Furry Tails. The staff are friendly and always have the dogs best interests at heart, even if it may require extra work or special attention - there is no hesitation in keeping the dogs happy. You can tell it is a pure passion project - money isn't the object at the end of the day, but rather sending home happy, well rounded dogs. I also got to witness their do...

  • My 7 month old puppy has been going to another doggy day care for 2 months and they could not do a date so we decided to try furry tails dog world as a back up. He went there for a 2 hour session to settle in. my wife was told to wait outside for 5 mins to make sure he was ok. 4 minutes later they came out saying he was stressed as he scratched the gate. (what loved puppy wouldn't want to be left by their owner for a bit) They said they couldn't handle him. WFT are you supposed to be dog tra...

  • Have been going to these classes for over a year now with our rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier. We both enjoy them. The trainers and staff are very good and professional. The classes are good fun and as well as teaching my dog the basics and some more advanced skills, they also challenge them with extra activities which I would never have thought about. Our dog also learns to socialise and be near other dogs in a controlled way and this has helped her outside to behave as she was never socia...
