Good golf club with view of the sea and shore. Good terrain to practice your skills.

Fantastic links course with some great views to sea and the lakes, a few really challenging holes, well worth the trip over from Heysham. Would recomend any golfer to give it a go.

Excellent days golf at the 4bbb open hosted by Furness GC. What can you not like about the place for £15pp and the chance to win some prizes. The course is a classic old links course, right along the costal path. My preference is for the front 9, and the next few holes before the course works back inland. These first 12 holes all have plenty of character and are a good test of golf. A few more signs for the first time visitor would be helpful in directing us to the next tees, and a set of...
