If what you want from a gym is somewhere you can get your head down and chuck around some weights I would totally recommend. If you are a poser or expecting top of the range cv equipment probably not for you. You will freeze in winter and sweat in the summer. Best gym I’ve ever been a member of, great value, friendly staff. 100% recommend to anyone.

Been here for over 6 years, best coaches and are very professional all the time. Also has a amazing environment and outstanding team effort from day one highly recommended of you are serious about martial arts. Kamy

Went for a single session to test the facility. Seems a good place to train. Very spacious mat area. Good weigh section to. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my session here, seems to have everything you need

FCPC is a great place to train. There is a good choice of disciplines to study, whilst the facilities and coaches are excellent. The students are also friendly and like a family, helping each other to develop. I would highly recommend it.
