Great venue at the LED centre . Junior classes 5.15 until 6.00 Monday and Fridays. Adults classes 6.15 Monday and Friday.

I've trained here since Juniors as a complete beginner! I've competed in interclub competitions and got my grades. Coach Sonny is an absolute pro and knows everything to learn about Muay Thai. It's the only hobby I have kept up with and I still love it!
