  • After looking at several PT websites I contacted Frost Fitness, after my first session I booked a 10 week block and so glad I did. Within this time my strength has progressed week by week. I’m more than happy with the results I’m seeing and feeling.   • James has been my personal trainer for the past couple of months. He is really motivating and always keeps the sessions interesting. I never thought I could achieve what I have done, but I have become stronger, fitter and really enjoyed it. Every session is different and James is always really friendly and kind.
