My son Brody has been going to FSK for just over 2 years and has just got his blue belt. Sensei Paul had been amazing with him to build his confidence and is always encouraging him. It is a great skill for children to have and would highly recommend.

We've been with Sensei Paul Simmons and FSK for over 8 years. Both my children thoroughly enjoy the classes. Paul, 6th Dan, is extremely professional and during his classes children don't just learn kicking and punching techniques but also respect, self defense and discipline, along with many valuable life lessons. Joining Paul's classes has been our best move so far. My children wear their FSK badge with pride and will continue to do so. I couldn't recommend it more! Oss!

I have had 3 kids attend lessons with Paul and we have been associated with the club for over 10 years. Paul is professional, inspirational and motivational. Paul is great with our twins - they've been with FSK for 18 months since they were 4 and have come on leaps and bounds. The discipline has especially helped my son's behaviour and concentration. They love getting their belts and certificates and showing their friends what they have achieved.
