Hands down the best meal prep company in the UK! Taste and nutrition rolled into one! Couldn’t recommend anyone else but Fresco Box!!!

THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN FROM ME. I paid £75 for a delivery box that I never received. After agreeing to refund me, I have since received no refund and they are now ignoring my emails. I've had several food delivery services over the years, this was a local company so I thought I would try them. I won't be using them again. Food is nothing to get excited about, I can't think of a kinder way to describe it. Some packs are missing nutritional information. No response from my one question on their sites chat box. Delivered on time, and I received everything, so no complaints there.

Food is ok but so far I've had 1 meal missing and no communication from them at all. I didn't even get a confirmation from my original order. Have tried to contact them several times through their website and "live chat" feature. It is not very live, no response for over 2 hours and then I gave up, why even put the feature on your site if you have no intention of manning it? Went to fresco box today as I am on a weight loss diet. The guys where very helpful and there was more choice than I originally expected. I went for a meal deal because for me £9 for a healthy meal, snack and freshly prepared smoothie is a relatively reasonable price. So I went for the bbq chicken and broccoli with sweet potato.
