  • Hello, I have been training with Karl over a month. I can highly recommend him and the EMS machine. It’s extremely effective and it’s great for people who wants to get fit without spending endless hours in the gym! He is also very professional, motivated and helpful. You have only 20min.session and you don’t have to think for anything.I have tried many different classes before this is best for me so far!

  • I had my reservations with trying EMS but once I met Karl, he explained the benefits of EMS. I've had 2 sessions now and hence doing the review. The exercises in themselves aren't complex or tiring, but after 20 minutes of doing them with the pulses at regular intervals, it did feel like I've run a 10K or a 45min HIIT.   • Enjoying Karl's personal training lessons for over a year now, and his well targeted EMS sessions have helped me big time not only for general fitness but in particular for my bad back, always an occupational hazard if you spend your day in front of the laptop. Karl makes the sessions fun and is ultra reliable and punctual, and is extremely competent in developing workouts targeted to my wife's and my specific requirements. Five stars well earned.

  • Read about EMS training and thought I’d give it a go. I’ve got arthritis in various joints so it’s quite hard to maintain muscle mass through exercise in the gym. I’m impressed with the results so far, I certainly feel stronger and have more energy. The best bit is that each session is only 20 mins long, and Karl keeps varying the routine each time. Would definitely recommend it.
