I started training aerial silks here with Emma 2 years ago and this place has now become a second home and I have achieved things in this time that I never believe possible, including competing and performing in a circus big top. There is lots on offer from silks, hoop, trapezze, rope, hammock or pole both normal and flying! so regardless of whether you just want to try something different or concentrate entirely on a particular peice of equipment I can not recommend this place and Emma's ...

I love training here. Have been with freestyle fitness for years and have gained regional and national titles in aerial silks for the last three years and have just won my first advanced silks international title against professional performers. :)

Says open till nine, just been turned away at six, not very good when I travelled in from the villages
