Great gym, loads of high quality equipment, always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Brilliant martial arts classes available with great instructors.

Excellent facilities at the centre, easily the best gym in the area. Great coaching staff and reception staff are very friendly too, also a great little coffee shop too.

Cracking gym with great equipment. Kickboxing classes are great. The facilities are clean and the staff are always polite and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

One of the best gyms, its a place to learn kickboxing, karate, boxing and judo, everyone's so friendly and helpful and its even got a café, the best of the best gyms in the local area.
