Four Minutes First Aid Training

Partnered with Four Minutes on a community CPR/AED workshop. Thoroughly enjoyed Fotini's style of teaching. Very relaxed and knowledgable. Will most definitely recommend to others and I look forward to partnering again soon.

Attended recent Defibrillator /CPR training at the local community centre which was run by a highly- skilled Fotini. The course was professionally organised and presented whilst offering a healthy blend of structure and the opportunity to ask questions. Following the chance to practice necessary recovery and treatment methods (which also reinforced the theory) I felt so much more confident should I need to use a defibrillator in a crisis. I completed the Infant & Child 2 Hour First Aid Course. Fotini was a fantastic instructor - enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great balance of theory and practical skills with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Having never done any first aid training before, I left feeling confident I can deal with an emergency situation.
