  • Neil has proved to be a reliable, caring and knowledgeable coach. In his key role as a development coach for Welsh Athletics Neil was always willing to share his time and experise with me, which was of great benefit to my own development as an athletics sprints coach. I have no doubt that whatever sporting, coaching or training capacity that Neil becomes involved, the individual or team will benedit from his input and expertise.
