  • I have absolutely loved my weekly boxing sessions with Sandy. Starting as a total newbie, I have felt fully confident and supported through Sandy's guidance. The progress I've seen in just a few short months has been empowering. Between boxing rounds, I've enjoyed a good laugh or learning about strength training techniques and how to adapt them through different life stages. I would absolutely recommend Forsyth Fitness to anyone of any starting ability or life stage.

  • Been training pads with Sandy for 4 years twice a week. The discipline of turning up to a solid boxing work out from footwork to combo’s has become the foundation of my return to fitness. His professionalism and knowledge of boxing, PT and diet is second to none. Being a dad of three with an equally demanding desk based job meant Sandy’s sessions neatly slotted in to a busy diary and added the balance I needed. Delighted to recommend him anytime. 👍👍👍

  • Sandy is a great PT who has trained me for 4+ years. As an older client with no gym experience Sandy designed my training sessions recognising how apprehensive I was using the equipment and lifting weights. I would never have achieved the level of fitness I now have had it not been for his encouragement, enthusiasm, humour and endless patience! I have been his client for over 7 years and his positive, supportive attitude combined with excellent knowledge on fitness and nutrition is exactly what you want in a PT.
